01 / RENTAL SPECIFICATION
Keep the facilities in the project plan
Describe crew numbers, overlapping trades and the planned work phases for the Gunter property. A useful rental comparison identifies the actual facilities and the arrangement around them: delivery, length of hire, servicing and collection.
When the first trade finishes, the next may use a different entrance or work area. Ask how the restroom position will be reviewed between phases and who can authorise a change.
02 / SITE ARRANGEMENT
Record the preparation and access.
Agree who provides the site preparation, access and any connections needed by the selected equipment. Note the on-site contact and describe changes that may affect future visits. Keep those details with the rental request so the equipment and service discussion stay connected.
